Xiamen National Accounting Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) is a public welfare institution of category II directly under the Ministry of Finance, approved by the State Council. It was established in February 2002, laid its foundation in October 2002, and officially completed construction and put into use in November 2004. It is an important base for cultivating high-level financial and accounting talents in China, and also the locations of the Belt and Road Initiative Financial Development Research Center advocated by the Chinese government.
